    Chris, I just viewed “getting started” and I found it to be very clear and helpful. I think that this resource should be available to patrons as well as library staff. Is that a part of the long-range plan?
    My only suggestion would be that you include the information for K-12 students and parents that they may not always need a 14 digit library card number and PIN if they know the login and password that they learned about at school.
