We teach a Job Search Skills class, and always highlight Learning Express Library’s skill-building resources. Attendees always say how helpful it will be to use this resource to brush up on math or writing skills as they prepare for a new job.

  3. April Says:

Patrons are always thrilled when I show them they can access Learning Express from home to do practice tests – especially when all the test prep books are checked out.

But I didn’t know that Learning Express has ebooks. I’ll definitely have to take a look at those.

  4. Michelle Havenga Says:

I used Learning Express several years ago-wow has it changed. I want to do a fun bookmark to promote some of the elementary skills for parents over the vacation. I also want to contact our local Even Start and Head Start so their parents know about these great parent helps. I will add the e-book about homeschooling to our Homeschooler hand out! Thanks for more ideas!

  5. Nancy Jennings Says:

This looks like it will be very useful. And even fun for us to try our hand, been awhile since I took any tests…and I should have reviewed my answers before I had it scored!!
So much out there, hard to keep up and sessions like these give us a good assist-Thanks!\

I had a patron the other day looking for electrician prep stuff. He didnt have Internet access at home but has a computer so he was thrilled to be able to download an ebook to his jump drive and “take it home”.

  7. Cindy Moore Says:

I used Learning Express once a week. Remember to suggest to anyone who is looking for GED materials or any other testing preparation. I know of several people who used it to study for the GRE, where was this when I did that??

  8. Linda Says:

I think this site should be recommended to every school guidance counselor. It would be a great tool for students who are entering the job force or preparing for entrance exams in colleges and universities.

  9. Vickie L. Overcast Says:

I have shared this information with my counselors and teachers who would use these tests. Great information!

  10. Dawna Martin Says:

I had no idea that all this was available. What a great resource!
